Where We Ship
360 Fitness Services, LLC currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently offer standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations. For special orders to these locations, please contact us for a custom freight quote.
Processing Times
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched from our U.S.-based warehouse within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Parcel vs. Freight Delivery
Standard Parcel: Smaller items (like dumbbells, accessories, and small benches) will ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and will be delivered to your door.
LTL Freight: Large, heavy equipment (like treadmills, power racks, and home gym packages) must ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. Freight delivery requires a scheduled delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you at the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a time.
Curbside Delivery
Standard freight delivery is “Curbside Delivery.” The driver will lower the pallet to the curb at the end of your driveway, but they will not bring it inside your home or garage. Please be prepared to move the heavy boxes into your home yourself or with the help of a friend.
Damages During Transit
Before signing the delivery receipt from the freight carrier, please inspect the boxes for any visible damage. If you see severe damage, you may refuse the delivery. If there is minor damage, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately.
